Boo! The Return of YoPrint Updates

Hey guys,

Apologies for the quiet spell these past few weeks. We've been buried deep in V2 updates, expos, and a string of public holidays. This was what Halloween looked like for our team.

Anbin still gets goosebumps everytime he hears the words “Hey, about that product update..” (Anbin was not harmed in the process…or was he…?)

Now, on to our product enhancements!

Redesigned Stock Adjusment List Page

To align with the upcoming V2 UI, we’ve redesigned the Stock Adjustment page. This page has also been moved to the top level and direct links have been added to the navigation bar for better accessibility.

You can quickly adjust inventory levels or make corrections without the need to go through multiple layers. Neat, right?

Redesigned Inventory List Page

The Invoice List Page got a V2 makeover too. This freshly designed inventory list page now supports:

• Collapsible sidebar

• Ability to re-arrange the filters

• Ability to customize the column order and column visibility
• Ability to persist the column selection on a user level.

Newsflash: Similar features have been added to other pages, but it is entirely brand new to the Inventory page.

Add Reference Field to Shipment

We added a new "Reference 1" field to the Shippo Shipment creation process, which will now appear on the shipping label. A little extra info never hurt anybody, though we've heard that lacking it can sometimes lead to trouble. Yikes.

Download Center V2 Alignment

The Download Center has been updated to be inline with the new V2 UI. It looks better, works better, too.

Sales Order Report Export

Currently, our Sales Order Report page supports monthly exports based on order volume. To enhance this functionality, we've introduced an option in the Download Center allowing you to export Sales Order reports for up to two years at a time, regardless of order volume. Additionally, you can now use date filters to tailor the report to your specific needs.

Minor Bug Fixes

We've also squashed a few pesky bugs to smooth things out along the way.

• Fixed an issue with the Stock Take page where it sometimes errors out when trying to save the changes.
• Fixed a rare issue where a duplicate charge may appear for a customer when customers pay using the Customer Portal.
• Restored the ability to add production notes to a Job Preset.
• Fixed a bug where vendor search was broken in Purchase Order Saved Filter Dialog.

As we continue tweaking and tuning things here at YoPrint, we are really grateful for your continued support and patience. Speaking of gratitude, we hope you have a delightful Thanksgiving 🦃 Anbin, however, is more excited for Black Friday and his new limited edition Steam Deck. Guess we will need a reminder to pester him for a V2 update video!
