Zapier is Here! 1000+ Integrations at Your Fingertips
Oct 4, 2022We’ve got some big, exciting updates to announce. You’ve been waiting for this for a while, and we’re happy to announce we just rolled out a beta version of YoPrint Zapier integration! We’ve also got a couple of other updates. Read on to know more.
Choose From 1000+ Integrations Without Coding
You can now integrate with 1000+ apps with no coding experience. We’ve rolled out a beta version of Zapier, which means you can do things like automatically send emails or update your Slack channel when a trigger occurs. We’re kicking things off with 4 triggers:
- Artwork Approved
- Artwork Change Requested
- Sales Order / Quote Approved
- Sales Order / Quote Change Requested
You can expect more triggers to come soon.
Actions are also instantaneous. I.e., when a trigger occurs, you immediately get a notification. Our engineering team worked really hard so that you don’t have to wait 15 minutes 😉
You can try the beta Zapier integration here: Zapier Beta Invite
This same link is also available in Settings>Apps.
Access is invite-only for now but will be going public soon!

If you have any feedback or suggestions on additional triggers, actions, and searches, send a message to support@yoprint.com. We need your help to make the best Zapier integration possible.
Know How to Code? Use Webhooks
If you know your way around code and if you speak REST, you can also subscribe to our webhooks.
We currently support 4 events:
- Artwork Approved
- Artwork Change Requested
- Sales Order / Quote Approved
- Sales Order / Quote Change Requested
If you have any feedback or suggestions on additional events, send a message to support@yoprint.com, and we would be happy to look into adding them for you!
New Permissions!
You can now control who sees pricing and sales aggregates by toggling ‘View Sales Order Pricing’ and ‘View Customer Sales Aggregates’ in permission groups. We know this is long overdue and we are happy to say it’s finally here.
