To make your transition from your existing system into YoPrint smoother, we have entirely redesigned our Customer CSV Importer. We have made the following improvements.
Handle Large Files
Our CSV importer can import large files reliably. For a business with a large customer base, this is doubly important.
Better Error Reporting
The new CSV Importer also provides better error reporting. When an import fails, we will send you an email with a CSV file containing all the entries that have failed, including the reason why it failed. All you have to do is fix ONLY those entries and upload the updated CSV. You don’t have to start all over again, providing a better experience.

Production Control Performance
We have updated our Production Control page to be more performant and handle more entries. We have also fixed a couple of bugs around date handling. While there are minimal changes to the user interface, it uses a new and updated rendering engine under the hood.

Minor Updates
Billing Address is now optional in Sales Order Create to better support walk-in customers
- You can now change the status of a Purchase Order from the list page
- Job Details Dialog has a link to take you straight to your Sales Order Page
- Changing a discount in the Sales Order Edit / Create page will now show you a dialog to give you the option to change discount in any existing shipments.
- Customer Portal now shows In Hands Due Date in the dashboard
- Customer Portal approval dialog now requires a reason if your customer wants to request a change.
