Find and reuse previous jobs faster
When a customer comes back for a reorder, a seasonal run, or a close variation of past work, your team shouldn't have to rebuild the setup from memory.
YoPrint now has a redesigned previous-job chooser in the admin sales order flow. From inside a sales order, you can search past jobs, open the one you want, check its mockups and service details, and clone it into the current order while staying in the sales order you're already building.
Search before you clone
The chooser is built for the moment you know a similar job exists but still have to find the right one.
Choose Add a previous job from the sales order's jobs section. YoPrint opens a search panel where you can look up jobs by job, order, customer, or PO number. If the sales order already has a customer, the search starts with the current-customer filter on, so the most likely matches surface first.
You can narrow further by job status and by whether a job has mockups. An empty search returns recent jobs, which helps when you'd rather browse likely sources than type an exact name. Result rows show status, mockup counts, and thumbnails, so you can scan the list before you commit.
Preview the source job in the same panel
Finding a job is only half of it. You still need to be sure it's the right source.
On desktop, the chooser shows the selected job's preview right beside the results. On smaller screens, a Results-to-Preview step gives you the same view. The preview can show the job's mockups, services, locations, and notes, plus a source-status note that tells you which status the cloned job will start at.
That's enough to confirm the setup before you copy it forward, instead of opening the full job in another tab or trusting the title alone.
Clone and keep working
Once you've picked the source, clone it into the current sales order from the chooser.
YoPrint closes the chooser, refreshes the order, scrolls to the new job, and highlights it briefly so your team can pick up right where they left off. The backend clone behavior itself is unchanged. This update is about making the search, preview, and handoff around previous jobs clearer and more dependable.
How to use it
Open a sales order in the YoPrint admin portal and go to the jobs section. Choose Add a previous job, search or browse recent results, preview the source job, then select Clone into the current sales order.
It's available in the admin sales order workflow for teams that reuse previous jobs.
