Marching Forward: YoPrint V1.6 UI Alignment
Mar 6, 2024Hey guys, we’re still working hard with our codes to make V2 come to life, and these small but significant changes are bringing us a little bit closer to the finish line. Let’s see what the team has been up to these days!
New UI Page Alignments
Approval Page, Sales Order, Quote List Page, Invoice List Page has been realigned for the new and crisp UI format that will be used in V2.
With all these page alignments, the collapsible sidebar, rearrangeable filters, in page search allows you to navigate through a fresh, user-friendly interface that’s super easy to get the hang of. And guess what? It all looks fantastic too! 🤩
We’re really excited to get it done so you can see the whole thing soon.
Column State Saving is Now Manual
Previously, the column configuration will be automatically saved everytime it’s interacted with. However, this might cause the columns to be reset if the same account is logged into multiple devices.
Now you have the option to be in control of the column configurations. Save whenever, and however you want to.
Another thing is that now you get to just copy the column settings from another filter. This is tremendously useful if you prefer your columns standardized across all product filters.
Add Participant Emails to Status Change Payload
We have added Zapier support to send emails through your mail provider (most likely Gmail) for Sales orders and Job Status changes. This will provide real-time updates to your customers, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
Here’s a detailed video guide on how to set it on Zapier.
We’re now on the home stretch – YoPrint V2 is just around the corner!
Also, we had some minor (but important) bugs fixed along the way.
Minor Bug Fixes
We fixed a bug where adding a Canadian Catalog product to Inventory wasn’t working as expected We fixed a bug where invoice report generation failed sometimes We fixed a bug where products may fail to save if the color code is missing. We fixed a regression where stock take sometimes fails if products are selected across multiple pages.
