Coming soon: the rebuilt Customer Portal
We are rebuilding the Customer Portal to make it easier for customers to find what they need, understand what is waiting on them, and keep work moving. This is a first look at the new interface, which is coming soon.
The redesign keeps the portal workflows customers already use, but brings them into one clearer workspace for desktop and mobile. Instead of hunting through separate screens for the rest of the story, customers can follow an order into its jobs, artwork, messages, invoices, and shipments while keeping the related work close by.
Start with what needs attention
The new Home page gives customers a quick read on their account and the work that needs a response. Balances are easy to spot, and an artwork approval shows the proof thumbnail, its sales order, and when the request was sent.
Recent activity and orders sit on the same page, so customers can catch up on what changed before deciding where to go next. When they need more history, the Activity page carries that view further back and links supported updates to the record they came from.

Move through the work without losing the thread
Orders, Quotes, Jobs, Approvals, Messages, Invoices, and Shipments are easier to find and browse. Search, filters, sorting, and pagination help customers narrow long lists, and the portal remembers that view when they open a record and come back.
Related work stays connected, too. A sales order can open with its jobs, invoices, shipments, and messages close at hand. A Job can keep its parent order beside it. The aim is simple: customers should be able to follow the work in front of them without retracing their steps.

Give artwork approvals room for a real review
Artwork approval now has a workspace built around the review itself. Customers can see every open request, move through each proof, inspect the artwork at full size, and keep track of what they have reviewed.
The decision stays beside the art. Customers can stage an approval or describe the changes they need, then move to the next piece. If they need to confirm a garment, placement, quantity, or service, the related Job opens alongside the approval without making them abandon the review.

Keep conversations and fulfillment connected
Messages make more sense with the order beside them, so a thread can keep its attachments and related sales order in view. Shipment details bring the same clarity to delivery information, tracking, and the items inside each package.

The same work, ready on a phone
Customers do not always have a laptop nearby when a proof or status needs their attention. The mobile layout adapts the same portal into cards, bottom navigation, and focused detail sheets. They can check balances, review artwork, read messages, inspect Jobs, and follow shipments from their phone.

Light or dark, it still looks like your shop
Customers can choose light, system, or dark mode from desktop or mobile. Your shop's brand color carries through each theme, keeping the portal recognizably yours.
