Correction — August 1, 2026

We’re polishing the new YoPrint admin experience a little more before rollout. It will now roll out next weekend, August 8–9, instead of this weekend.

YoPrint’s new admin interface is designed to help you see more of what matters with less wasted space. More useful information fits into the same workspace, related details are grouped more clearly, and the overall experience feels friendlier and more modern.

For the people who spend their day moving between orders, jobs, customers, shipments, and invoices, the practical benefit is simple: everyday work should be easier to scan.

More useful information in the same space

The previous interface often gave a lot of space to individual panels and controls. Important information could be spread across the page, while headings, buttons, fields, tables, and status indicators did not always look or behave consistently.

The new UI uses the available screen area more effectively. Important values still stand out, but fewer sections compete for attention. Common elements such as page headers, action menus, inputs, cards, tables, status chips, and dialogs now share a more consistent visual language.

This is especially noticeable on information-heavy pages such as sales orders.

Before: the familiar sales-order detail layout used more space and gave each section more visual weight.

After: the same sales-order workspace is denser, calmer, and easier to scan without changing the overall workflow.

Familiar workflows, updated presentation

This is a broad visual update, not a redesign intended to move everything around. The main navigation, overall page purposes, and core workflows remain recognizable, so current YoPrint users should be able to orient themselves quickly.

You will still open sales orders, review jobs, work with customers, manage shipments and invoices, handle purchasing and inventory, and use the workflows you already know. The main change is how those screens present information and how consistently their controls behave.

Some areas have been reorganized where that makes the information easier to understand. The customer record is the clearest example.

A large consistency and bug-fix pass

Building the new interface also gave us the opportunity to review many visual and interaction details across the YoPrint app.

We fixed many issues involving cramped or clipped working areas, scrolling and footer access, responsive widths, focus behavior, nested dialogs, loading and empty states, validation, overlapping controls, and dark-theme presentation. We also made common controls more consistent across more of the admin experience.

That does not mean every issue is gone. Different workflows still have different needs. The goal is for familiar controls to feel predictable wherever you encounter them—and for daily work to require less visual effort.

Dark mode will be available in beta

Dark mode is part of the new admin UI, and we are introducing it as a beta feature.

After the rollout, open your profile menu to turn it on. Your choice is saved on that browser, so YoPrint will continue using that preference there.

Because dark mode is still in beta, please tell us if you find a screen, status, control, or dialog that is difficult to read or does not look right.

With the rollout, dark mode will be available in beta from the profile menu, with the same compact sales-order layout.

Rolling out next weekend

We plan to roll out the new UI next weekend, August 8–9. We will monitor feedback as it rolls out and work through reported issues throughout the weekend, with the aim of making Monday, August 10 as smooth as possible for normal shop work.

After the rollout, put YoPrint through the work your shop normally does. Open and review sales orders. Move through customer details. Use the action menus and dialogs you depend on. Try dark mode if it interests you.

Most importantly, report anything that feels wrong—whether it is a visual problem, an unexpected interaction, or a workflow that no longer feels familiar. Early, specific feedback will help us focus the weekend stabilization work where it matters most.

Coming soon: the customer portal

Next weekend’s rollout applies to the YoPrint admin interface. We are also giving the customer portal the same kind of visual treatment and working to make it better. We will share more as that work gets closer.
