The new Reports Dashboard is live
The new Reports Dashboard puts two things right in front of you. You can see how a month stacks up against the same month last year, and you get a clear list of who to call this week about unpaid orders. Each part of the shop gets its own tab.
We updated the Download Center for your CSV exports, too. You can pick your columns and save that setup as a preset for next month. Your detailed reports still work just as before.
Both updates are live on YoPrint Pro and older plans that came with Reports. If Reports is in your YoPrint menu, the dashboard’s already there. Team members just need the View Reports permission (how permissions work).
See how the month went, and how it compares
Open Reports → Reports Dashboard and pick a preset like This month, Last month, or Last 30 days, or set custom dates. Next to the dates, compare your numbers with the Previous period or Previous year, or choose No comparison. Comparisons work on Overview, Revenue, and Purchasing & Blanks.
At the top of Overview, six cards summarize your shop:
- Revenue billed and Cash collected put what you invoiced beside the payments that came in, like September’s $80,145.71 billed (up 18.4%) and $56,133.34 collected (up 21.7%).
- Orders and Average order track your order count and typical job size.
- Gross profit is built from the costs recorded on your orders, showing how much margin those jobs brought in.
- Past due shows what’s overdue across the shop, so you can spot unpaid balances right away.
The Overview
Below those cards, monthly charts track billed revenue and order counts over time, alongside open quotes and jobs in production right now. Right beside them, Needs attention pulls up what’s waiting on a follow up:
- The oldest unpaid orders past their due date, so you know which invoices to chase first.
- Jobs past their due date, so you can check on them on the shop floor.
- Quotes that have been open the longest, so you can follow up while the customer’s still deciding.

Know who to call this week, and who’s gone quiet
Money Owed shows today’s balances on unpaid orders so you know who to call this week.
At the top, you’ll see your total outstanding balances, the share that’s overdue, and an aging breakdown. Under Who to call this week, a customer list ranks the largest outstanding balances and shows each account’s oldest overdue order. In the screenshot, Larkspur Outdoor Run Club tops the list with $7,264.01 owed and an oldest overdue bill at 13 days.

Customers helps you spot your top buyers and check in on repeat accounts. Pick your dates to see:
- How many customers bought, and how many placed their first order.
- Your top accounts ranked for the period, so you know who brought in the most work.
- Your top ten customers’ share of revenue, showing how much your shop relies on its biggest buyers.
Customers also lists past accounts that haven’t ordered in 90 days or more, ranked by lifetime value, giving you a ready call list to win back repeat work.

See if jobs finish on time, and what you order by vendor
Production shows how work is moving through the shop and whether the floor is hitting its due dates:
- Completed jobs and a month by month table show how much work your team finished.
- The on time number tracks jobs finished by their due date, so you know if work is wrapping up on schedule.
- Average turnaround counts the days from when a job is created to when it’s finished, helping you quote realistic lead times.
- Work in progress shows the jobs on the shop floor right now.
Production
Purchasing & Blanks totals what was ordered from each vendor on purchase orders so you can see which suppliers get the most ordering. You can also review gross profit estimates built from the costs recorded on your orders, and compare totals with the Previous period or Previous year.
Purchasing & Blanks
Three more tabs cover the rest of the shop:
- Revenue puts monthly billed and booked order totals beside cash collected. It also totals payments by method and credits sales to each order creator, so you can see how customers paid and who brought the orders in.
- Orders & Quotes tracks order counts, rush orders, ticket sizes, and the days orders are issued. It also splits Shopify orders from ones made in YoPrint, and shows open quotes so you can see what’s in the pipeline.
- Products & Services ranks your top selling items by units ordered and counts how many jobs used each decoration service, such as screen printing or embroidery, showing which stations carry the most work.

Save your export setup in the Download Center
In the Download Center, you can choose which columns go into your CSV file and set their order. Save that setup as a preset, like “Monthly invoices” for All Invoices, so next month’s file is ready in one pick. Shop owners can also set a preset as the team’s default starting point.
Your export history shows when each file is ready, its size, and when the link expires. Files stay ready to download for three days. If an export fails or expires, Review and retry loads your report type, dates, and column layout back into the form so you don’t have to start over.
The Download Center
We also tidied up the Reports menu and added a matching Row Exports tab on the dashboard:
- Reports Dashboard sits at the top for summary cards, comparisons, and follow up lists.
- Your detailed reports sit together in the middle, with scrollbars that stay visible on wide tables.
- Download Center sits at the bottom when you want a custom CSV file built in the background.
Those detailed reports, Tax included, are the same reports you already use. Now they sit in one group, so it’s easy to move between summary views and detailed tables.
Give it a look
Head to Reports → Reports Dashboard and pick Last month to see your numbers. Your existing reports and the updated Download Center are right alongside it.
