V2 Delayed. We’ll Try Again Very Soon.

This is Anbin from YoPrint. I am so sorry we weren’t able to launch V2 today as planned.
We truly believed we had prepared for every possibility, but we underestimated the complexity of migrating such a large amount of data. Although we successfully migrated 95% of your data to the new format, we noticed a couple of data integrity issues. We attempted to fix them as they cropped up; however, after an 18-hour marathon and lack of sleep, we decided to do the right thing.
Rather than risk creating more problems by rushing, we chose to stop the process and restore everything to the original version. We have always erred on the side of caution, so we made a full copy of the database before starting the migration. You should now be able to access V1 of YoPrint and continue your business as usual while we fix our kerfuffle.
We plan to launch V2 either this Saturday or next Saturday at the latest. That should give us enough time to resolve the remaining 5% of the data integrity issues. Now that we know what to look out for, we can better prepare ourselves.
Once again, I’m terribly sorry for this. I promise to do better next time.
