YoPrint Shopify Integration Is Now Live

If you sell through Shopify and run production in YoPrint, this one is for you: the YoPrint Shopify integration is approved and live in the Shopify App Store.

During beta, the YoPrint Shopify integration is available on the Pro plan, with one Shopify store per YoPrint account. Install starts from Shopify, so head to the Shopify App Store listing first and connect YoPrint from there.

What this changes

The goal is simple: Shopify orders should not have to be copied into YoPrint by hand.

Once your store is connected, YoPrint can pull Shopify orders into your normal YoPrint workflow. Your team can manage the production side in YoPrint, then sync tracking information back to Shopify when the order is fulfilled.

That means fewer handoffs, fewer copy-paste steps, and less time spent keeping Shopify and YoPrint lined up manually.

How the sync works today

YoPrint imports Shopify orders as they come in. When those orders are imported, YoPrint also brings in the customer attached to the order.

That customer import is order-driven. We are not pulling your entire Shopify customer database into YoPrint just because you connected a store.

If you already have Shopify orders you want to bring over, you can also manually import historical orders. That gives you control over what older work gets pulled into YoPrint instead of backfilling everything automatically.

Tracking goes back to Shopify

The return trip matters too.

When you fulfill an imported Shopify order in YoPrint, YoPrint can sync tracking information back to Shopify. Your Shopify order status gets updated, and your customer can see fulfillment movement from the storefront side without your team copying tracking numbers between systems.

For shops handling online orders and in-house production at the same time, this is the part that should save the most day-to-day friction.

Install the app from Shopify, connect your YoPrint account, and start with one store. Bring in a few orders, run them through your normal YoPrint workflow, and let tracking sync back when fulfillment is done.
