Early 2026 Enhancements: YoPrint Sneak Peek
🎉 Happy New Year!
We’re excited to kick off the year with a fresh round of YoPrint updates — but first, the important bit.
⚠️ Database downtime (this Friday night)
This Friday night, we’ll be upgrading our database, which means we’ll need to bring YoPrint down for a few hours. We’ll communicate the exact timing and details as we get closer.
We’ll also be releasing new features just in time for Long Beach — find us at Booth #676 and come say hi! 👋
💰 Shopify Integration (Beta)
We’re starting off with Shopify Integration— launching in beta with one store per team.
For now, this feature will be invite-only, and once we receive approval from Shopify, we’ll make it public.
What it allows you to do is import your Shopify orders into YoPrint — automatically or manually — so they’re ready to run through your normal workflow.
📦 Needs Ordering System
“Are all my items here yet?” — now you’ll actually know. You can mark items as Needs Ordering, then head to the Needs Ordering dashboard to gather everything into a purchase order. Once you receive the items, they’ll be automatically allocated back to the order.
The goal: you can tell at a glance whether you have everything you need — without spreadsheets or guessing.
📊 Inventory System Revamp
With the introduction of the Needs Ordering System, we also needed to level up inventory. Inventory now shows grouped items instead of overwhelming you with every single color/size variation all at once.
So instead of a giant wall of rows, you can go:
Gildan 5000 → drill down → see all colors and sizes
We’ve also added filters to make it easier to find what you need fast.
🧵 AS Colour & Momentec Catalog Support
We’re adding AS Colour and Momentec catalog support with live inventory and pricing, similar to our existing SanMar integration.
🚚 Shippo Estimate
We’re making it easier to get an estimated shipping rate from Shippo and save it to the shipment.
Then, when you’re ready to ship, just click Restore and Ship. Once you’re done, you can choose whether to automatically add the shipping cost as a line item — or keep it separate.
📆 New Calendar
We took our gigantic bars and shrunk them down to size, so you can see more jobs without the eye strain. Hovering now shows a preview card with mockups, so you get more information at a glance than before.
🏭 New Production Control
We took the old production control and… actually made it usable 😅
You’ll see:
- Saved Filters
- A brand new UI
- Less noise, more signal
- A hover card to bring everything together
💸 New Pricing Override UI
The previous pricing override UI was confusing, and we wanted to fix that. The new UI makes it much easier to see and understand how product price, product cost, and services come together — without the guesswork.
